How will be the future & scope after doing MBA in HR from MITSOB? Is HR worth pursuing or should I go for marketing for better placements?

Yes, HR is good stream and you can get opportunities into Talent acquisition and Recruitment, Talent mapping, Administration, Industrial Relations, HR Policy Making, people management and analysis.
