    Indian IT industry is in slow down phase because of outcry against outsourcing in the western world and increasing restrictions by developed countries in issuing the work visa. In addition, heavy use of automation is leading to job losses. IT jobs are flowing back to developed countries and all major IT companies are hiring local candidates in developed countries. Bottom line, IT companies are taking a big hit. Indian IT majors are ramping up thier own site development centres. In near future, new job creation in IT industry will reduce considerably.
