The placements will be too good if you have completed an MCA. As it is a post-graduate course in the field of computer Science, you can get any job. One can work as a lecturer in colleges/universities, in IT companies, and also in the banking sector. They can also try for jobs in the government sector by clearing the particular entrance exam.

Dear Fenil, Being a Alumni of Lovely Professional University, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. I would say Lovely Professional University provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University. Many placement drives are organised by the university to get more jobs for their students. Generally students opt for higher studies after completing BCA only few opt for Placement. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students are given a lot of on-job training as well as work on projects where they can earn also. BCA placements of the university are very good with students getting high packages.
