How will be the placements at LPU? What is the average package?

Apart from the placement of students in India, LPU also makes efforts for placing Indian students abroad or International students around their home locations. The highest package offered this year is 26.83 LPA till now. Around 450+ companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. This year for batch graduating in 2018, already more than 300 placement/internship drives till January 2018 of leading industry giants have been conducted successfully (more than 90% being MNCs). Placement for this batch is still going on LPU students have also availed opportunities of placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy. IAS IES IRS, SSC, and Air Force. A. LPU sets the record of the highest Engineering placements in North India for three consecutive years.2000+ LPU students pursuing a successful career in USA, UK, Canada, Australia.500+ Multinational and National companies have recruited LPU students over the past few years. LPU provides opportunities to students to avail Internship / On-Job Training with industry and they are paid certain monthly stipends. At LPU, it is not about calling companies, it is about preparing students and making sure that they get selected. The university puts its best efforts for the grooming of the students to get good placements. Few of these efforts are like: a. Corporate Interactions, b. Live Projects with Industry, c. Industry Competitions, d. Industry Tie-ups and Centres of Excellence, e. Professional Enhancement Programme PEP Classes. Analytical Skills Quantitative Skills, Technical Aptitude Skills, Presentations and Soft Skills, Mock Test. University Average Package till date is Rs 4 LPA approximately and Rs 4.7- 5 LPA approximately for Engineering and MBA.

LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of our students. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU; and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) and generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session.

The placement at LPU is good and there are 100+ companies visit LPU for placement and students got placement. Here, for placement there are so many extracurricular, professional enhancement programme is given to each and every students and also guide how to crack each stage of placement. The average package at lpu is 4-5 lacs per annum.
