Hi, The placements for any MBA students is done irrespective of their branches they have taken in their UG, except few companies looks for some domain specialisation. On the whole, it's common for all the MBA graduates with any kind of Graduation. All the best.

For sure, your employability factor would increase tremendously. The more reputed the college better the placement they offer. MBA graduates are often considered for table jobs with very less physical work, but that would depend on the industry and how good your placements are. MBA would also be useful if you are looking for a career shift.
