How will I come to know about the venue for the counselling? The merit list for general category isn't available.

I have scored 77 with 1291 rank in gen. category. Also, I have passed 12th and I know the dates but not the venue.

    Please mention the name of the exam where you have scored 77 marks for better understanding. Else, it will be tough to answer.
