hi sudheer,welcome to https://shiksha.com and ur query is a bit strange u will get a good univeristy with ur profile i mean if u are goo din studiees and ur percentage will be 80+ in all degrees and the entrance exams like toefl/ielts are good enough then u have a chance to get an admission in top
