    Hi,
Usually migration is permitted on case to case basis within the university itself in second year. However, migration across institutes after second year will not be permitted. Do check the guidelines of your current college.

Hi, You can send in your documents to admissions@lpu. In and seek migration. If the credits match and the admission committee allows, your migration is possible into second year of B.Tech in the same stream. LPU has been ranked among top 100 universities overall and top 80 engineering organisations as such by NIRF, even by ATAL (MHRD)Rankings, it has been ranked among the top 25 band A universities. Moreover, the placements on over 700 companies at incredible packages makes LPU a preferred choice of thousands of meritorious students. Hope this helps.

You can go ahead and follow the migration process but there are certain conditions which has to be satisfied:

Yes, candidates are eligible to change the college in the second year of the engineering course but only within the colleges of the same university. To get admission to another college you have to take a transfer Certificate from one in which you are pursuing and submit it to another in which you want to get admission. For example, if you want to migrate to LPU, then you have to email your documents to admissions@lpu. Co. in. If the credits match and the admission committee allows, your migration is possible into the second year of B.Tech in the same stream.

Many colleges offer lateral entry in second year directly. For that you need to take an exam which will be based on the major that you want to pursue. You need to search for it and then visit individual website of the colleges to register for the exam.
