How will it be possible to pursue M.Sc in environmental science from Visva Bharati University without attending any class?

I'm from Pakur (Jharkhand). I've completed B.Sc in (chem), DOAP & PGDRD. I'm working as a (bmle co.) Block Monitoring Learning & Evaluation co-ordinator from Aug-15 to present date. In the presence of deputy period, I also want to complete that course (M.Sc in environmental science).
