    Hello Shubham,
First it depends on the college, if you would have got IIM Bangalore and a local college in Delhi i will say you will not gonna ask me this ques. Secondly Bangalore is a place where you will find people from almost all other states, or diversified India , in Delhi people from north and east will be more and diversity will be less in comparison of south.
Ambiance in Bangalore is far very good than delhi which creates a atmosphere where you can study well.
I hope i have answered your query.

Depends on where you are comfortable Shubham ! If you are from south India and you want to explore then go to Delhi, or if you are comfortable and want to stay closer then come to Bangalore !
