How would be the chances of getting placed for a fresher on Oracle Application Developer or Oracle Apps(Technical) courses?

I am a MTech student pursuing final year and interested in Oracle Apps(Technical) or Oracle Application Developer but as a fresher i donno whether companies show interest to hire a fresher on a particular platform. Please help me to get me out of this and suggest a good institute for these courses.
