How would it be to go for CCNA after BA Arts without having a background in hardware/ networking? Is it a difficult course or suggest other?

hi iam sallu iam graduate final year in BA arts i wish do same computer course my friend advice do ccna so i think this touf course i dont have it back ground so tell me which course i prefer to go with ccna is good for me in future career
