how would recruiters treat a 5 years experienced person , iam 2008 passed out, will there be any issue during placements?

No. According to VJIM placements it all depends on your performance at the time of the placement interview. There are students who have 4-5 years experience studying in VJIM now. They are only advantaged with that kind of experience. The recruiters will check only one thing i.e. if you add value to
