Number of working hours depends on the company which you get, kind of work you will get etc. Nothing is fixed as such. Still marketing work involves more traveling than any other specialization.

Work life balance vary according to specialization, if you take marketing then you might have to travel a lot and remain outside of your house for more no. of days. Also in every job its upto you how you handle your work life balance and remain stress free.
