It is all my personal opinion. For CSE IT. First comes the IITs. IIT Bombay being at the top. And, IIIT,Hyderabad at the 2nd position. Though I have heard coding culture and research at IIIT Hyderabad is much better. After that prefer IIT then some top NITs. BITS Pilani then IIIT Allahabad and Banga
