You have following options to study IT after 12th Science:
(a) BTech Computer Science/ IT/ Software Engineering. It will require 4 years of study
(b) BCA/ BSc CS/IT. It will require 3 years of study. However this may not give a high salary job. You will be required to study up to MCA which will take
