Companies will come on the basis of how the placement committee pitches, they ask for the preferences and then they go for pitching accordingly, from past years Only few students have taken HR as their core subjects and have been placed.The placement report for the current year would be available soon. The average salary last year was Rs. 7.14 Lakh with a highest salary offer of Rs. 7.75 Lakh. -
Ans: Student can opt for any specialization they want. A total of 12 electives are offered in 2nd Year and the choice of the electives decides the specialization of the student. There are no restrictions/criteria, in terms of student qualification, for taking a specialization. PGDM students can take Finance/Marketing/Operations/IT and HR.
IMI offers two options for specialization:
