Companies will come on the basis of how the placement committee pitches, they ask for the preferences and then they go for pitching accordingly, from past years few students have taken HR as their core subjects and have been placed.IMI Bhubaneswar uses CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT scores along with sectional scores and other academic parameters like marks in 10th, 12th and graduation for the purpose of shortlisting. The selection criteria are independent of CAT/XAT scores. It varies across the years just as the short-listing criteria and depends on the overall profile of the applicants each year. -
College is good for HR. There are 7-8 companies which had come for SIP for just HR only. You can apply but final selection will only be me based on how your gd/Pi goes.
