HR Recruiter looking out for a suitable course to pursue that would enhance the value of my profile

Hi,am working from the last 8yrs, of which the last 2 yrs is in recruitments willing to build up a career in HR. I am currently into IT Recruitments. Please let me know what course would add value to my profile and help me make an asset to any organisation as a HR.
