hr regular certificate course,

I am pursuing MBA-HR from symbiosis and i am planning for hr regular certificate course,pls refer me gud institutes/edu point.i put up in west delhi. and such courses 'll help me in future or not? how do i look for HR job in companies,bcz i only see openings in counsultancy?
