I firstly disagree if a person says he/she is not good at English. In a single sentence we speak, we use at least 2 words which are English. To improve language one must try to improve all four skills for the particular language i.e. listening, reading, writing and speaking. As you have decided to improve your English communication listen English news, tapes of various speakers, watch movies in English etc. Try to communicate in English
