, hw is gurukul kangri vishwavidyalaya (gkv) for B.E , is it govt or pvt, hw is it placmnt, is there any chance for govt job, thru GKV.

It's private institution ... you won't get Govt job placements from there directly .. even in india there is no college who gives direct placement to govt jobs... you have to appear for their selection procedure ..
