Hi,
In order to pursue MS in US, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
1) Have a 4 year UG degree or equivalent
2) Have taken the GMAT/GRE
3) Have taken the TOEFL/IELTS.
Provided you have fulfilled the above mentioned requirements, you are eligible to apply to any university in US.
