i already had exp of 2 yrs in operation but i want to switch in hr but i am pursuing mba in-administration from symbiosis.so in dis case short term 2-3 months course 'll help me out for good hr job in some company?

Hi, As per your profile it will be difficult for you to get core HR job, because for that the companies will give first preference to students who completed MBA in HR or who have past work experience in the field of HR. Feel free to discuss more. All the Best.
