The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay is a public engineering institution. In the QS World University Rankings 2014, IIT Bombay was ranked as India’s top university. So, if you are doing engineering from here you are one of the privileged ones. But as you said you want to do game programmer. Four year’s undergraduate courses are available for this.
