I am 11th Science student and I have to change my stream and college both in 12th without dropping. Is it possible? Please help.

Yes, you can if you are in class 11 you can request to your teacher to change your stream give her a application with reason, and they can make it happen. But if you want to change your stream in class 12 you can't do it you have to drop for that so make sure you do it in class 11 or before starting the registration of boards. As for school you can change it too but only in class 11th but in sine cases you can change it in class 12 too but can't change your stream.
