After compeliting Bachelors education u can pursue diploma or certified degrees in courses

I understand that you have an interest in Computer and IT. Since you are a commerce student full time colleges and institutes need maths as a main subject in 10+2 but Distance Education institutes offer BCA without Maths and not require to be main in 12th.
Along with that Yes - you can pursue Software Courses. -
You can evaluate doing BCA provided you have also Maths as a subject in 12th class.
