Hi,
Yes, you can do BA (Correspondence) if you are passed out of year 2018-19 from IGNOU or from some other colleges as well. Hope you got your answer. -

The admissions are open in the months of June. You have to apply then on the college website for admissions. -
You have to fill up the forms and apply for correspondence courses.
