I am 12th appearing student. I want to know the main articles/topics of IIT&AIEEE with the help of which I can crack AIEEE or IIT.

For IIT there are no main topics buddy. You need to have a clear concept on each end every thing.
But for AIEEE give stress in mechanics(rotational mainly),heat and electricity(DC+AC).
In mathematics all parts.
and in chemistry Organic and Atomic structure
