    For any Undergraduate Course, a candidate needs to have passed 12th with the required stream and Percentage. For BComm A candidate should have passed 12th with commerce as a subject. As you have not passed 12th you have to reappear it and then you can apply for any Undergraduate Course.

    You need to clear with your 12th only first, then only you can go for further Diplomas or degrees.
