Hi. Basic eligibility for UPSC exam to become IAS is any graduation so first concentrate on graduation. All the best !

You can go for IAS after graduation so first go for your graduation degree

For IAS one needs to give UPSC exam and for that it is essential to be a graduate. So Mukesh first focus on being a graduate.
