I am 12th passed with 58% so how can I enter in b.tech.

    If you took pcm as your +2 subject , you can btech in civil engineering.But if you want admission in good college you must have good percentage in +2.I would suggest you to take a year drop and work hard to get good score if you are willing to take a year drop.Second option you have is that you can take admission in private universities like Amity University situated in Noida,UP. But that would cost you a lot of money but it is good reputated university so you can consider it if you have money to spend.
