i am 12th passout guy who is working with an MNC as a senior accountant since june 2008. Please advice what should i study further

I dropped B. Com 1st year becoz of financial problem now becoz i am undergradute i am not getting Much oppertunities to explore. Kindly advice what i should do now?

You are working as a accountant therefore you complete your B.Com. B.Com is only course which is useful to grow your carrier as accountant. After B.Com. you can also go for MBA finance.
