For Private Pilot license Training, the minimum age requirement is 16 years and education is just class 10. So if you justify both of them you can join the flying school for this training. Student Pilot License is a transition stage to PPL hence you will get SPL first followed by PPL.

If you are wanting to fly just for passion, then you can start it now as well. But, if you wish to fly and earn from your License, then I would rather suggest not to go for that, because most airlines have decided certain age limit for incoming freshers and you may not fit in that.
