I just visited a site giving information about the course mentioned by you. Have a look on what is given here:
Jet Airways Cabin Crew Requirements
Age: 18 and 27 years.
Minimum Height: Men 170 cm, Women 157 cm.
Weight: In Proportion to height.
Educational Qualification: HSC (10 + 2).
Physical features: Pleasing personality and good eyesight.
Marital Status: Unmarried.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi.
So, if you are 19 years old, then you are eligible, but still please contact jet airways helpline to confirm .
