I am 19 yr boy,i passed 12th with 70%. i want to be a flight purser. i have no idea ? help me

Ii am 19 year old boy, i passed 12th with 70% in PCM. and i want to become a flight purser but i do not have any idea how to be a flight purser,about the institutes,fees. please help me. i am about to start learning spanish in some time.
