I am 1st year BMS student and I want to do MBA fruthur.so if I do ICWA or ICMA is it useful for MBA? and if not then what should I do?

You could do both but it'll be better to do any one of those. MBA deals with management of organization whereas ICWA/ICMA totally based on cost accounting/financial matters of a company. Both are beneficial and could put you up to the top position of organization.
