i am 1st year student can i get admission in any of the college in chennai for 2nd year without paying the donation ?
i got 80% in 1st semester and 2nd semester is not yet held , i am living in Chennai only i just want to change my college . can i change ?

Hi,
Transfer/Migration is allowed in universities but the reason has to be genuine.
It is advisable that you speak to your respective college for the same and also the one that you wish to join.
