I am 2005, BBA passed out from utkal university affliated college,i need my 1st and 5th semester mark sheet to apply for govt jobs.Final mark shee and certificate , i have got . Can i get my semeste mark shee if i approach universit now. do they maintain the mark sheet also apart from certificates
