I am 2012 passed out btech fresher in ece , m not getting any job anywhere so decided to do ccna course from rooman ,will it help me ?

I dont know what to do , i have done btech in ece in 2012 , in electronics and telecom sector difficult to find any genuine small company bcz everybody ask money and its not so easy to get knowledge of job vacancy from mnc company, consultancies ask registration chrges and provide nothing
