Considering the closure of DVR College, the duty of issuing Transfer Certificates has, more often than not, defaulted to the university's registrar or to the district education office local to the college. It would be advisable to contact the registrar's office of the university with which DVR College was affiliated, or alternatively, check with the local education office.

Yes, DVR College Hyderabad has been closed and is currently inactive. The institute has also not mentioned where the students can find the TC. But as per some information available, you are suggested to contact the head office of DVR College, which is located in Kashipur Village, near Sangareddy, which is outside of Hyderabad. You can also contact the official mail ID and contact number of DVR College if they are active and ask for the TC.
