I am 22 and dropped engineering in the 2nd year with backogs due to health issues. What are my career options for future?

I scored 93% in PCM CBSE stream in 2014 and joined engineering in 2015.

Hello Somnath, Always remember "Failure is never Final". If you can do engineering for two more years, then it would be the best. Else what? You can simultaneously join any graduation course from an open university like IGNOU so that you become graduate. Best wishes.
