i am 22 years old & graduate person.my dream is to become an IPS officer.can i go for it since i am a average student till now......?

hey u dont need to b genius to be an IPS.pl read some competiton success review magazine.u vil get fair idea.there are many students i know who were mediocre but by thier sheer hardwork they became IAS and even some IIM guy could not crack it(know him personally).
