i am 24 and passed 12th in 2009 , i was unable to study that time due trouble , i want to start over and study now? can i start over now ?

i was unable to pursue my studies at that time , i want to start over, is it right to start over now and study? am i too late? will i be able to study now?will colleges have no age limit?
