i am 24, bcom graduate. i want to do interior designing further. are the one or two year programmes in inifd good?

We need to understand why would you like to change your interest. In case you have inclination towards designing as a career and it also relates to your hobby and vission, its a correct choice. We would suggest you to go with MBA in Design Management with a One year course in Interior
