I am 27 yrs old. 5.2yrs exp in banking Bpo. Now I want to settle in Abroad through banking field. WHat course would lead me there?

I am a B.com graduate. Not looking for entry level jobs. I am interested to pursue my career. Now wre do I start with if I have to end in middle east or singapore?? I would be great If you guys could take time to provide your valuable answer! Thanks!
