with exp. of 2 or 3 years you can go for executive MBA.
so if you have exp. then choose the course otherwise wait. and after exp. go for Executive MBA.
Executive MBA is batter then MBA.

I see you have a bit of experiance in your pocket, so you could even consider doing distance education MBA. The best among those are SYMBIOSIS and IGNOU.
