    As you are working as area sales manager, and wish to pursue some management courses, so the ideal course for you would be to pursue MBA or Executive MBA program, as this degree will enhance your management skills.
    MBA is holistic course, you can choose to do specialization form the below mentioned fields:
    Marketing.
    Finance.
    HR.
    Operations.
