I am 28 years old and passed my class 12th in 2007. Can I do BA in mass communication through correspondence?

Yes, you can for distance education the age is not the factor though, your 12th marks will be evaluated to check the eligibility criteria in the course. Mostly it shall be at least 50% to be secured in the 12th exams which differs from university to university.
