i am 29 and i hav to complete my mechanical engg course,is there any opportunity at this age,i hv cleared three years and only final year

i have completed my three years of mechanical engg (B.E.) from nagpur university, due to some problems i quit my education and now i want to complete my education, tell me the opportunities if i complete now
